Help i need somebody help!!!!?

well i got my cartilage pierced around the twentieth of december. now there is a sore black dead skin looking bump on the back. it looks as if it is full of fluid and is sore to the touch. should i see a doctor? is it infected? and also if i leave it out for like a day will it close up? thanks so much in advance, please i need some answers:/ im nervous.
