I played this video game for playstation 2?

All that I remember is that there were two characters; a big vampire guy and a demon guy whose name was, I think, Raphael. The demon guy could stop time or switch dimensions or something, and the vampire guy could, obviously, drain people's blood. Anyone know the game?
