How do Latin Americans and other supporters of Banana Republics justify Castro and Chavez dictatorships?

They are uneducated and show it. Chavez lies and then buys their vote with petty gifts. Bolivia steals from those well off and gives it to the poor, and the poor outnumber the prosperous. What they don't realize is that the people who know how to farm or produce goods or resources for sale will leave, and everything will crumble once they do. Look at Africa. When the warlord took all the white farmers land and gave it to his officers, the country lost all its farms. It went from self sufficient to wasteland without an economy in a decade. This will happen in Bolivia as well. Not Venezuela though, they have oil to prop them up.
