Hey full blooded Italians?

Does any full blooded Italian on here have bright blue eyes? I met this guy who says he's half Italian, half Sicilian but he has these gorgeous blue eyes. Now my sister married a 100% Sicilian & he has very dark features like my nephews. I just want to know if he's putting me on because I'm not the brighest star in the sky & mostly every Italian person I know has the same dark features like my brother in law.
