Which college to opt for B.tech(ECE)?Amity Haryana,IP University,College affiliated to MD Univrsty or other?

I am a resident of Haryana,I got 7800 rank in IP CET 2011.Can I get into any IP college? Shall I opt for Amity University,Haryana.Will the degree be same of Amity Noida & manesar one?Which MDU college is good in haryana?Pls reply immediately.Got to take admission fast..
