What things can't I do after an eye operation?

I will be done under general anaesthetic and will have a stitch on the cornea, which will be removed 4-7 weeks after the operation. I've never had any form of operation. I know you can't drink for the first 24 hours after the op. What about things such as driving, using the computer etc.
