Should i get polarized black iridium or black iridium?

whats the difference? isnt ridium supposed to take out sun glare any ways? i dont wanna pay 40 dollars extra for polarized if iridium will do the same thing! i play out-field in baseball and im looking at flak-jacket and im deciding on which lens i should get because the sun always gets in the way... but i dont want the sungles make it to dark to see the ball? what shoul i do? thanks
