Need to get ready for football, need a good weekly workout routine?

Ight so im 130 pounda and 5 6 or 5 7. im playing jv next year im either going for outside linebacker or cornerback becuz i have alot of experience without those positions and im good at those positions. So im going to weightlifting 3 times a week for the school and i just need another workout routine to help get me ready and ahead of everyone. football practice in about a month and a half
