Do I need to bleed the steering on my 97 Mustang?

When I begin driving everything is great for 15- 20 min after wards it becomes difficult to make turns. It sounds as though something is not lubricated well enough, I recently found the PCV valve disconnected, could this cause air to be in the system, also my ABS light is on and the brakes need replaced.
