How can I get rid of a "trojan.autorun.aat" and a "memscan:backdoor.irc.zgg" virus?

These viruses infected my flash drive just this day..i tried scanning/removing it with bitdefender and trend micro but still no luck...I also tried reformatting my flash drive but when i scan again,these 2 are still detected!!!
