Need a PUK for a GoPhone!?

Okay, so I was an idiot and entered in my pin incorrectly 3 times on my GoPhone. ATT does not offer the same customer care service to GoPhone customers as they do to the rest of their clientel (which is a load of BS to me.) Anyways, there is only one number I am able to call, 1-800-901-9878, but I can't find out how to access my PUK number from there. ATT told me to call that number and that's the only way to get my PUK, but I can't! May someone please help me out here?
