People who actually know?

im trying to lose weight and i was wondering how much weight i will lose by SEPTEMBER if for breakfast i eat 1 wheat toast and 1 poached egg, for lunch i eat 1 quesadilla snack on fruit and dinner i eat plain tofu? and if i run 4 times a week? again how much weight can i lose by september if i keep this up>?
