CPP Disability Benefits?

I have applied to CPP disability now twice, only to be denied again. I have bipolar and they apparantly think that i can go back to work and so does my dr at some point in time. If I even think about it i get anxious and upset thinking about the whole new job thing etc. What am I suppose to do? This is the second time i have been denied.
