If I were to take a protein supplement right before bed, would I have trouble falling asleep?

I am taking a few supplements, specifically Omega-3 fish oil, Kava Kava, Flaxseed Oil, Cranberry Extract, Vitamin-B Complex, a Multi-vitamin, and just recently I bought a superfood supplement called Spirulina. I took some earlier today found myself really hyper, but I did also eat some candy around the same time. I am a paraplegic, so you can imagine it was quite hard to work it off. Was it the Spirulina?
