Roomie wants more access and not pay more, thoughts?

I had 2 roommates. 1 moved out. Mainly, bc I hate him, he hates me. I'm going to call him C. And staying roommate B. C had 1/3 of things like the fridge, and cabinet space in kitchen, a room, and parking space. Well, B wanted C's parking space and 1/2 the fridge and cabinet space. And expected me to pay all of C's share. B also seems to have plans for C's old room. And says we wont be able to find a new roommate. Now, I pay $400, B pays $250, and C paid $200. I think B should pay more if she wants some of C's parts of the house, and if I pay C's portion of rent alone. I should have control of what C had control of. Am I wrong? I said if she didn't we should look for a new roommate. I think I should get control of all of C's things if I'm paying his rent. Isn't this right? And it doesn't matter if she agreed to live her for less. She should then get less if she wants to stay w original deal, right?
