URGENT! Time for one oscillation?!?

{The time is man made puzzle.Our nature never Create any Clock.Time is only psychological trick of human brain.We say morning means sun is rising and evening is sun set.[set down].Time is used for work place and office hours for human capability. The clock is used for time counting and conventional utility.Our clock is dependent on pulses of atomic flashing which is some accuracy.The time multiply eds and its units are increasing in day,week,month,year,century etc.that means we have not discover any Absolute time,the default of universe,though time was there before universal bin bang,after the universe it will remain,means not moving not existing.This theory is not proved nor invented,kept pending for future.NOW WHAT IS NEED OF OSCILATION?
